Peer review – an independent assessment of compliance with the brief, the quality of the design, the standard of documentation or other issues if engaged after the design is substantial complete.
Make recommendations on alternative design solutions where required to improve saleability and marketability.
Assist in the review of tender submissions to ensure compliance with the design documentation and development intent.
Value engineering advice to establish or assess suitable cost savings that could be adopted to reduce the construction budget (if required) with due consideration given to maintaining the architectural integrity and saleability of the project.
Co-ordinate the production of marketing collateral obtaining the necessary input from the design team to achieve the highest standard and accurate presentations reflecting the product to be sold.
Manage purchaser requested design variations providing design guidance and co-ordination of the design team to create the necessary amended documents for pricing by the builder.
