PRE-DESIGN
These services are provided at the commencement of a project and encompass assessment of site suitability, concept design work to test different feasibility options, and assistance in the briefing and selection of a Principal Architect.
DESIGN
Once the principal Architect has been engaged, provide a design management role on behalf of the developer to oversee the development of the design to ensure the best design outcome is achieved compliant with the development brief.
POST-DESIGN
These services are provided once the design is substantially complete and provide recommendations and an unbiased review of the design in relation to compliance with the brief, budget constraints, marketability and general design quality.
