Develop sketch design into a final design solution with drawings at an appropriate scale and other details or documents to adequately explain the design including 3D modelling and presentation drawings* (*This does not refer to marketing drawings which can be provided as a separate service if required)
Receive engineering consultant submissions and make recommendations on their appointment.
Selection of material and finishes selections* (* This is limited to architectural components and excludes interior design / decoration items which can be provided as a separate service if required)
Co-ordinate and integrate the work undertaken by the consultants into the design.
Prepare necessary documents for approvals / relaxations as may be required and assist in obtaining the necessary approvals.
