Undertake periodic site inspections as deemed necessary, check work in progress regarding design quality control, materials selections and performance as described in the contract documents.
Provide supplementary details, instructions and information pertaining to the architectural documentation to the Builder clarifying the design intent as may be required.
Assist with the review of variations to the contract
Preparation of defects / omissions lists at completion of the project identifying items that require completion, rectification or replacement.
