• Prepare drawings at an appropriate scale including plans, elevations and sections, together with other details and schedules to enable the project to be priced and built.
  • Co-ordinate and integrate the work of specialist consultants with the architectural drawings.
  • Preparation of schedules and specifications identifying building material and finishes
  • Submit the necessary documents for Building Approval.
  • Provide advice on various building procurement options and assist in compiling documents for pricing purposes.
  • Assist in reviewing construction price submissions and recommendation on the appointment of a Builder.
