This stage encompasses all of the preparatory research work required to establish the project brief, assessment of the site conditions and any regulatory controls impacting the project, and development of the initial design concept.

This stage incorporates and co-ordinates the design input from other consultants, selects finishes, fixtures and equipment and develops the design in sufficient detail to ensure constructability and allow for development assessment if required.

This stage further refines the design detail and material specifications allowing the preparation of comprehensive working drawings and specifications used for obtaining building approvals, tender pricing, and construction.

This stage offers assistance in administering the building contract on behalf of the Client, regular inspection of the works to respond to builder’s queries, ensure compliance with the documentation and to monitor the quality of construction.
