Cerulean is a shade of blue ranging between azure and a darker sky blue.
This reflects the expansive sky, ocean and river views achieved from this boutique north facing building targeted at owner occupier residents.
The Concierge Architecture service included replanning the internal layouts of units to improve liveability, joinery design and the customisation of individual units to suit the specific requirements of potential purchasers.
