HOUSES

Houses offer a very special opportunity to interact closely with clients in a way that’s not possible with other types of projects. Often this may be the only house that clients build for themselves, with the intention to live in it for many years, so the trust implicit in designing such an essential element in their lives is considerable. It’s also a very intimate process required to extract the personal details of how people live, to ensure the resulting design is successful and achieves the clients’ desires and aspirations.

I’m fortunate to count many of the clients I have designed homes for as lifelong friends.
