The Residences

Located on a north facing site overlooking the Pacific Ocean and close to the centre of town, this project occupies one of the most sought after sites in Kingscliff.

Whilst the zoning allowed for the development of a multi-unit building which are prevalent in this area, the developer and the landowner instead elected to build 2 luxurious beach houses to retain for their families.

Rather than creating a pigeon pair of identical designs, each home was designed to have its own unique identity through customised planning, differing façade treatments, and alternative material selections.
