Occupying one of five integrated resort sites in a 4.6-hectare waterfront site adjacent to the Townsville Casino and Convention Centre, this was to be the third in the Balinese inspired Santai Resort collection.

Concierge Architecture Services included preliminary masterplanning and concept design, the selection and appointment of the architects, and management of the design process.
