Formerly known as Noosa Sanctuary, this $210M secure gated residential community contains 149 resort residences and is located adjacent to a 9-hectare wallum scrub nature reserve on Weyba Creek, Noosa Sound.

Concierge Architecture Services involved establishing a new contemporary coastal design aesthetic and adapting the existing Tuscan themed development approval to a more fiscally sound and saleable product offering.

I was responsible for developing the concept designs and overseeing the consultants and builder throughout the design and construction process to ensure the required development outcome was achieved.
