Jade is our fourth Kingscliff development undertaken in the past few years and will be the tenth LDS project built in the Tweed Shire in 15 years.
Located further north along Marine Parade from our First Light and Ivy developments, this site was purchased by our Client with a Development Approval obtained just before the GFC. This was granted under an earlier planning scheme which had certain benefits in relation to reduced boundary setbacks allowing for much larger unit floor plates.
Working within the general constraints of the existing approval, we’ve redesigned the internal layouts and façade to create 6 luxury apartments incorporating current design trends.
