Situated only several blocks away from their current home this is a larger site overlooking the Broadwater, and only two doors along from our TWIN PEAKS project on the same street.

Incorporating many of the design elements that they loved from HAVANA, our clients are upsizing to a three-storey home to add extra living spaces that will capitalise on the improved aspect and water views.

The main internal and external living areas will be on the ground floor, bedrooms with retreat will be located on the middle level, and then a multipurpose entertaining space flowing out to a large sundeck will be on the upper level.
