The extensive refurbishment of the existing 3-star Port Moresby Travelodge to rebrand to a 5-star Parkroyal involved a total refit to all the guest rooms, and major replanning and refurbishment of the public spaces, guest facilities and back of house administration areas.

The client, Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation, have since sold the property which has now been rebranded a Crowne Plaza.
