Cerulean

Cerulean is a shade of blue reflective of the expansive sky, ocean and river views achieved from this boutique apartment building. The 16 levels include 3 full penthouse floors and 28 units.

The Developer engaged LDS as a concierge architect to refine the internal layouts of all apartments, and to customise each unit to suit individual purchaser’s requirements.

Whilst this is an unusual Development practice, the project was targeted solely at downsizing owner occupiers, many of whom wanted modifications to the standard designs to suit their specific needs.

This resulted in strong sales, a successful development, and many happy residents.
