These services can be distinguished as either Principal Architect, or a Concierge Architect role.
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
This is the traditional service where Lea Design Studio is engaged by the client as the principal Architect to lead the project team through the entire design process from development of initial concepts to handover of the completed building.
CONCIERGE ARCHITECT
This is a customised service offered to developers where Lea Design Studio is engaged in a design management role overseeing the services of another Architect who is engaged to undertake the principal architectural services.
