Once described as one of the best homes in Australia, this riverfront mansion in Cannes Ave, Surfers Paradise is set to be replaced by a new tower project. Designed by Lea Design Studio Architect, John Lea, this two-level palatial home has a 42-metre frontage to the Nerang River. The value of the mansion itself has been overtaken by the development potential and value of the site.
