Architect John Lea featured in this story in the Tweed Coast Sun for the Zen, Dreamtime Beach project. Designed by Lea, the two- and three-bedroom apartments were a luxurious addition to the beachfront. A multimillion-dollar luxury apartment complex in Murphy’s Road, Kingscliff, the apartments averaged between 265 square metres to 312 square metres.
